PayFees Transfer or Refund

 

Fees related to field trips scheduled to take place in March, April and May 2020 have been removed from your student(s) account(s) and may have resulted in a credit balance.  BTMS has received refunds, net of cancellation fees, from the tour companies managing the Charleston and Washington D.C. field trips.  For Charleston, the non-refundable fee for each attendee is $17.50; for Washington D.C., the non-refundable fee for each attendee is $85.00.

 

You may check your student's account balance by reviewing the online payment account at PayFees on the BTMS homepage.  Please note, if there were any outstanding unpaid fees, including instructional and lunch fees, they were automatically paid from the outstanding credit balances.

 

If there is a credit balance on your student's account, you may select one of the following options:

 

1.  Leave credit balance as is to be applied against future charges.

2.  Transfer credit balance to your student's lunch account.

3.  Transfer credit balance to the account of another child in your family.

4.  Request refund of the credit balance.
